This starts with the Early Help Assessment and runs through Visits, Pathway Plans, Team Around the Family Meetings plus Reviews and THRIVE Keep in touch workflow steps. Finally this will look at closing cases and how to refer to Children’s Social Care.Essential Information

The session is designed to address specific issues Early Help Mosaic users have encountered whilst using the system.
